On the ongoing subject of what we can eat, the message is: eat less of the stuff!
But to do that, you’d need to know where it’s hiding! Unless you’re eating ‘real’ food only, rather than processed, packaged ‘food’. In this case, while still possible, there’s far less scope for overloading on sugar.
So avoid processed food – oh, and that includes fruit juice, which, with the fibre taken out, gets absorbed by your body so quickly that it creates a spike in insulin – a big ‘no no’ if you want to live a slim, long and healthy life.
