I just don’t get it

I just don't get it - the problem with sittingYou know that moment when you simply ‘don’t get it’?

Well I don’t!!

Get it, that is…

You tell me why so many people contacted me last week to ask where their newsletter was? They simply hadn’t received it.

The more we looked into it, the more it seemed that some people’s email client had taken a dislike to that particular email.

A bit sudden, I thought!

And then I looked at my stats… And according to the numbers – even more people opened last week’s newsletter than usual!

Uh?

I know what you’re like… we all get bombarded with emails, and even though you tell me you look forward to reading mine, with the best will in the world, it doesn’t always happen.

Shocking, but true! 🙂

So this week we’re going to play catch up.

Have you been fixed?

Fixed mindset -v- growth mindset: What it is and why you should care.

The problem with sitting

I just don't get it - the problem with sitting - pohoto of chimp sitting downWe’ve talked before about the dangers of sitting.

“Dangers?”

I know – it sounds a bit far-fetched – because we’ve been doing it all our lives! But, ‘usual’ doesn’t equal ‘appropriate’. Bad habits are bad habits.

Shame, and all that!

Still, it doesn’t take much to redress the balance, as you’ll see in these two videos, below…

The antidote to our sitting problems

A good alternative to buying a standing desk: Get up every 30-45 minutes and do a quick workspace workout.
